The Sogetsu Curriculum offers a structured progressive course for students to follow, by combining the elements of line, mass, space and colour in studied exercises. It leads from one basic style into many variations with only slight changes to achieve surprising results in shape and space.
Upon completion of fundamental sections of the curriculum, students then progress to more advanced work in free-style arrangements that allow greater freedom for expressing personal creativity.
